The city of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada is having its 150th anniversay this year. As part of the celebration, they’re conducting a bookmark decorating contest for kids 12 years old or younger. The template and entry form is available for download from their website along with all the rules.
I find it interesting that another contest popped up so quickly after I came across the last entry. Is this more common than I realize? Anyone out there aware of other bookmark contests?
