Cup and Saucer

I came across the Tea with Friends blog where Angela McRae posted about a recent bookmark acquisition. It’s such an interesting item that I thought I’d point it out. It’s a clip type of bookmark made from wire and with little beads. I particularly like the little swirls of wire used to illustrate the steam from the tea. Even the package is very nice (which you can see by clicking on the link).

Bookmark of the Week

This week over at Inside Books, Simon Quicke has selected a free promotional bookmark for his Bookmark of the Week. This one comes from Scholastic and is promoting the final book in the Harry Potter series.

I felt a little bit of a thrill when I saw this one because I have it in my own collection.

Punt Per Punt: Roses

Nuria, over at Punt Per Punt, has just posted her collection of 27 rose themed bookmarks. They are beautiful. It’s an amazing collection of photos and drawings, some of which have captions and others which are stand-a-lone images.

It’s wonderful that she has her collection so well organized, and I’m a bit envious. I’m going to use this as an inspiration to do a bit more work organizing my collection.
